Process flow

A blending tank is utilized to add together a flocculant, magnetic seeds, and a coagulant into one mixture that travels to a clarification tank for successful solid-liquid separation to occur. A magnetic seed lift pump is then used to pump the resulting sludge from the clarification tank into both a high shear machine and a magnetic separator. The sludge from the magnetic separator is sent back to the blending tank to take part in the reaction again, while the residual magnetic sludge from the high shear machine is passed to the sludge treatment system for additional treating via the sludge discharge system.

Precipitation of exceptional efficiency
Thanks to the integration of magnetic seeds, the time required for purification is remarkably low, with the bulk of the process taking as little as 20 minutes to go from system input to the finished effluent due to the excellent density of the flocs very effectively kept in suspension.
Our magnetic coagulation system solutions provide an incredibly efficient way to rid water of pollutants. We have a high removal rate for phosphorus, suspended solids, and insoluble COD.
This product is designed to be highly resistant to high volumes of water, impurities, and other impact loads. In spite of this, it operates stably and its operation and maintenance are straightforward and effortless.
Magnetizable seeds can be successfully recycled with a recovery rate of over 99.6%.
Modular integration
This device offers an impressive degree of integration, with modular components mounted in either a skid or vehicle setting. This offers extreme versatility, as it allows for travel and processing at multiple locations.
A single system of civil sedimentation can accomplish a remarkable feat--the treatment of up to 20,000 m3 of water every day.
This magnetic coagulation system offers a significant reduction in floor area with its 20000 m3/d capacity construction occupying around 500 m² of land, roughly 1/10th the area of a traditional process.
Intelligent information management
This system boasts high levels of automation, to guarantee rapid and efficient operation, rendering manual labor redundant, and making daily upkeep simple.
Intelligent operation control has been proven to reduce the amount of chemicals used by 10-20%, considerably extend the lifespan of equipment as well as reduce secondary investments.
Magnetic particle recovery system
The magnetic powder recovery system comprises of a magnetic separator and a high shear; it can run intermittently or continually. Once the sludge is discarded from the sedimentation storage, the magnetic powder is recycled and the sludge forwarded to the sludge thickening tank. During regular usage, magnetic seed is delivered back to the magnetic loading reaction tank from the sedimentation tank for the sedimentation of magnetic powder sludge.

Technical features
The treatment results are excellent with an SS of the effluent reaching 10 mg/L.
Equivalent to the output from an ultra-filtration membrane
This system has enviable load resistance, so it can function reliably when the water flow and contamination levels are high.
With a short duration for the flow of water, there is no need for a filtration system. In fact, the entire water treatment process can take as little as 20 minutes. In addition, it comes with a range of additional benefits such as a limited floor area requirement and relatively low costs.
